Garage Girls: Workout #39


It has been raining two days straight here and instead of wanting to curl up on the couch, I feel a little stir crazy.  Looking forward to today's workout, even though I may change my mind half-way through.  We are going to do low reps and more running - 1.5 miles to be exact. 


      Warm-up:

       50 jumping jacks

      Workout: (2x for time)

     10 burpees
     20 jumping pull-ups
     30 reverse lunges (15 each leg)
     400 m run
 
     10 kettlebell deadlifts
     20 leg raises
     30 push-ups
     400 m run

     10 mountain climbers
     20 jump squats
     30 kettlebell swings
     400 m run



...and here is another great workout song- granted, it is a wee bit angry and profane...perfect for a hard workout : )
